Subject: [PATCH] fix(#4325): log renderMessages failure on virtualization
 toggle (greptile P2)

The opt-out toggle's change handler wrapped renderMessages in a silent
empty catch. Keep the defensive try (a toggle must never wedge the
settings handler) but console.warn on failure so a broken render is
diagnosable instead of swallowed.
