carlotestor d04737ec87 fix(sidebar): show delegated subagents inside their parent's project ...

Subagent child sessions come from state.db and never carry a project_id,
so the project filter dropped them. Resolve a child's project from its
nearest ancestor for the project filter, reference scoping and the
Unassigned chip.
