feat: 侧边栏标题旁显示版本号徽章（manifest 动态读取）v1.8.5

顶部标题右侧新增圆角版本徽章（如 v1.8.5），页脚版本同步；两处均 chrome.runtime.getManifest() 动态填充，后续升版只改 manifest 一处，杜绝版本号不一致。
