PR #3104: workspace upload endpoint tests.
Covers the POST /api/workspace/upload handler:
- happy-path upload into workspace
- filename dedup (-1/-2 suffixes)
- path-traversal blocking (../ filename → 403)
- oversized body rejection (413)
- archive extraction containment (no member escapes workspace)
- zip-bomb cap (extraction rejects when total extracted > limit)
